Dr_Evil Posted May 30, 2016 Posted May 30, 2016 (edited) I'm new to microbiology and am wondering how I can start to test the lifespan of yeast in as crude a way as possible. Any help would be appreciated. I don't know where to begin. I basically just have a microscope. It appears a lot of people talk about testing, but it is very difficult finding information on how to test without expensive equipment, a micro manipulator or some device to check light diffraction.
