lovescience123 Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Tongue is a skeletal muscle then why it doesn't get fatigued? Even though we talk whole day and eat frequently too?
dimreepr Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Apart from eating, it's not under load. That depends on who it's attached to.
lovescience123 Posted June 26, 2016 Author Posted June 26, 2016 While eating also it doesn't fatigue.
Phi for All Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Give your cat a bath. Your tongue will be fatigued, trust me.
lovescience123 Posted June 26, 2016 Author Posted June 26, 2016 How is this possible?Anyways I dont have a cat.
Phi for All Posted June 26, 2016 Posted June 26, 2016 Talking is to the tongue what typing is to the fingers. It's a lot of little movements that aren't very fatigue inducing, and we can do them for a long time. But try something that uses more of the tongue's muscles, do it long enough and your tongue will get tired.
