I have recently finished several theoretical papers about sleep, dreaming, schizophrenia, RLS and SIDS. Here is a list of these articles.

1. Memory Process and the Function of Sleep

2. Continual-activation Theory of Dreaming

3. Continual-activation Theory of Schizophrenia and Restless Legs Syndrome

4. Continual-activation Theory of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome

All above theories are related to each other, and can be better understood by reading in the sequence from 1 to 4.

These articles can be accessed from these two links:

Article #1: http://www.journaloftheoretics.com/Articles/6-6/Zhang.pdf

Article #2 to #4: http://www.goertzel.org/dynapsyc/

Any cmments are welcome.

Thanks.

No, I am not a scientist/researcher of life science. I finished these theories with my spare time. :)

"Journal of Theoretics" is a very good scientific journal, with a very open, unbiased mind. Chief Editor Dr. James P. Siepmann is the founder of JOT. Unfortunately, the journal was closed after volume 6 due to his health condition.

"Dynamical Psychology" is a journal for the study of complex mental processes of all kinds. Dr. Ben Goertzel is the chief editor of DynaPsych. This journal is still going strong and has no page charges.

"Medical Hypotheses" is also a very good journal for theoretical papers. It is a forum for ideas in medicine and related biomedical sciences. The journal accepts interesting and important theoretical papers that foster the diversity and debate upon which the scientific process thrives. However, Medical Hypotheses has page charges.
