Guest digmike Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Hi, I'm curious whether anyone knows of any software available for the simulation of single electron transistors (SET), or more importantly, circuits composed of SETs. Thanks!
5614 Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 Sorry I don't... but always try google, it's quite good! A program that has SETs in will probably cost (or maybe come with a free trial) as they are quite specific components and you will need specialist as opposed to general electronics software.
Guest digmike Posted May 6, 2005 Posted May 6, 2005 well i have looked on google and i've found some programs which simulate SETs, but no suite for laying out circuits. i guess it's time to make one
Guest digmike Posted June 20, 2005 Posted June 20, 2005 I have found come across some simulation software called SIMON which probably does what I want. Thought I'd share this with the forum in case anyone's interested... http://www.lybrary.com/simon/#New%20features%20of%20SIMON%202.0 It's a little expensive though.
